52 Dodge stepside pickup.

G'day guys.
This is my latest project.
1952 Dodge/De soto truck that i have been placing on a HQ van chassis, to make a step side pick up as my new work truck.
I purchased and removed the truck cab on the 31-1-2010.
and by that night i have the cab cut and sitting down on the HQ chassis.
this is where the back of the cab had to be cut and folded to fit over the chassis.
dummy mock sitting on chassis.

That's fantastic! Great work to channel the body - looks tough as when it's sitting on the chassis.

hope u didnt find too many spiders in it when u were getting the cab off the original chassis there!
(they freak me out!)

made the front radiator supports mounts.
cab mounts will all be standard Holden van body mounts.
9-2-2010
decided to cut the floor pans out due to rust and floor cracking around drivers side rear cab mount.
new floor frame started to go in.
