EH Ute
Just a quick pic of another EH of mine.
Ute was purchased by my grandfather new in 1964. Ute underwent a full factory resto by myself about 12 months ago.

Re: EH Ute
Came across a few build pics of the ute I restored a while back.(the one pictured above) Thought I would throw a couple up?
Ute was stripped and put on rotisserie for rust repairs
Undercarriage was blasted, repaired and primered. Also got a coat of stone guard and satin black
Subframe blasted and painted. (matched the grey to the original colour of engine bay)
Original king pin, drum brake front end got stripped and fully reco'd
A dusty completed engine bay.

I've got a big soft spot for eh's mate, the 2 you have are very fine examples, once that van is done you'll have to restore a sedan.

Funny you say that killer hq
Here are a couple of photos of my EH sedan.
Started building this about 2 and 1/2 - 3 years ago.
Have a guess whats between the rails of this one?
Yep small block chev, 350ci with turbo 400 trans and 9 inch.
A shot of the undercarriage. It has been done the same as I have done on the panelvan. It will get painted body colour and detailed once it completed as well.
Floor has had all 4 floorpans replaced and the chassis rails added.

Yeah I got my first EH when I was 15. The grey ute you see in the above pic. It sat in the shed for years, doing a little bit to it every now and again. That got me hooked on them, and ive been collecting them/modifying them/restoring them ever since. Most people would probably call it an obsession? haha
