I have been meaning to get on to Sam and discuss when he and Brad are leaving and how far they will be driving on the first leg.

Parkes would be an excellent stop over for us, how would you be doing your trip from there Jen? Stops/stays etc.?

Without giving away personal details Sam's laid up at the moment.

Sam and Brad are planning on leaving Melbourne on the 25th March.

I was planning on joining the Convoy as they passed through Albury.

My plans have changed slightly. I'm now looking at picking up a couple of my Best Mates along the way, stopping at Tumut and Woy Woy.

I'm not sure how we'll get back into the Convoy from there, but hope to work something out.

We'll keep talking.

It's now March and I've had to shorten the Holidays I booked for Easter, but I'll still be driving up to the Van Nats.

There are a few routes to cruise up, joining various Vanners for parts of their journeys.

I'll let you know more Jamie once I've finalised a few things, but I will be making a few stops visiting people along the way. Once North of Sydney the serious part of the Cruise will start.

Well some travelers dropped in and said G'day this afternoon.

Had a real quick look through the national motor racing museum at Mt panorama and then a quick lap around the track.

Really wishing at this point in time I made the trip to the van nats happen.... Oh well maybe next year.

Southern convoy made it to Parkes from their Bathurst stop over last night. Rod and Jen and Damo joined up and they were on the road before 9 this morning. Jen txt a photo so I will load up tonight. Lucky buggers!
