Hellmont
Hi All,
Hellmont is back,I split a bore last year and have been busy so it was parked up for a while, resleeved and freshend up now.
Will be at SD on the 21st of next month for a shake down.
Was busy the Nats weekend with family duties, wife knows how upset i was to miss it, maybe the van in later this year might make the calendar??
cheers

Re: Hellmont
Hi all
Raced on the 21st, but it was 1/8 mile at Bodangora (near Wellington NSW), drove the van there about an hour away, 7am start and it was -4.2c!!! wish I never tossed the heater ! dropped the zorst and changed tyres, heated the bottle and went at it. I qualified 2nd fastest at 7.23 on a slippery track, still managed to pull the LHF in the air, showed quite a few trailer queens how its done. Raced round robin and made it to the final, run 7.26 on a 7.25 dial in with a .19 light, wasn't good enough on the day but i was happy after a 12mth break.
Next stop Syd. Will keep you posted.
cheers

Re: Hellmont
Glad to see your back at it..
.19 light is excellent after a 12 mth break,
I assume that was of the foot break as well...
Cold track would have been hard for traction as well........
Seems like your pretty happy with your times as well.
My daughters boyfriend ran a p.b. of 9.308 last week but he is still having traction problems
