Thanks Andrew, it was a massive effort to get it out before Christmas. Around 20 hours went into editing the document, and more hours sorting photos, uploading and converting files. With so much else going on at the time, with working a stupid amount of hours at work, trying to get Christmas shopping done and everything else, it was no mean feat. I shouldn't have put myself under such tight time restraints, but I got it done and I am pretty happy with it.

A big thanks also to the others that contributed at such late notice, it was much appreciated and could not have been pulled off without their efforts also!
