What insulation to use

     

I'm after some advice on the best type of insulation to use in both my vans.
For the work vans I'm looking at blocking out sound as well as helping with temperature control. I'm going to be lining bothe roof, side panels and both side sliding doors in the iLoad.

For the panel vans I'm just wondering what people recommend for under carpet and also in the rear?
