Re: full hood lining
You will need a hood bow kit if you want the factory look.
Jason at StickThis sells them: http://stickthisdecals.com.au/hq-wb/hoodling-bow-kits/

I bought the kit from Sticky not very impressed so far, i have been to the trimmer and no one can work out hot the jagged thingy goes along the back above the tail gate. that will be something to check out at the Holden Day tomorrow. anyway i have found a trimmer who will sought it all out and fit it for about $800.00. which is more than i was hoping to pay but there is not a lot of trimmers around who do this stuff.
the hood lining that i bought from Rare Spares looks good, i am too far into it now so i have to keep going.
cheers

I don't know about Jason's customer service but others seem to like his products. My personal dealings with him aren't so good. The jagged thingy is welded in from memory. Didn't it come with instructions? for hole positions for the bows etc?
I'm surprised you got this bow set so fast.

I might be able to help you out ,Try here

From memory the genuine saw tooth that goes across the rear tailgate was pressed in by the factory.
I haven't seen the kit from sticthis but I imagine you could pop rivet it in ,Hate to weld it in the wrong spot..
Give X trim a call it wont hurt to get a second quote .Plus a lot would be determined by what type of material you get it done in .
I spoke to Luke and he'll need to measure to quote properly..
Worse comes to worse bring it over and we'll fit it together ,made one many moons ago
