XC Square Headlights in HX Sandman

Has anyone installed the XC Square Headlights ii HX twin headlight front clip. Do you need to modify the standard single headlight
radiator support panel???

Here at majestic vanners we are great club willing to help out but if you started off telling us who you are where you from and put a picture of your hx car you never know who is only stone throw away from where you are all l can say is there is some very clever switched on guys on this site that will be able to help with advice good luck

The short answer is yes.

When I fitted them to my Wagon I utilised the XC GXL Fairmont Headlight Support Brackets, which I bolted to a Single Headlight HJ-Z Radiator Support.

I cut out the Support to allow the Headlight and Bracket to pass through it and notched the Bracing to clear & allow adjustment/aiming of the Headlight.

Here's a pic from outside. It needs a lot of cleaning and I need to fabricate the Headlight Surrounds.

These are just the temporary Headlights. I pulled apart a good set, had the Reflectors re-Chromed and other bits Cadmium and Zinc plated.
