Anybody watch NASCAR

God they are fast,200mph and so slick in their pit stops.Far better than V8 supercars,at lest there is differant makes in there. Yes i know they all run yank motors,its only the fiberglass bodies they change.But you see differant makes running instead of holden/ford.

I use to watch all motorsport except formula one and open wheelers and motorbikes which never really done it for me, but for the past few years the V8's haven't really got me excited either, I still watch Bathurst if I'm not working.
I have been watching Nascar a bit lately but I dont follow a particular team or driver yet as I dont know any of them except Ambrose, it does seem to be a bit more interesting than the V8 Supercars though.
If I have to pick any motorsport to watch it's drags hands down but also enjoy the ute racing!
We also try to get down to the drags at WSID when they run group 1 and I'm not working.

I find the tactics in Nascar very entertaining to watch. Considering they have 5 wheel nuts to undo they are blindingly quick in the pits. It's funny cause they don't look very quick. Then you see the average speed and it's amazing!
V8's will get interesting in the next 5 years..
