love the tv in the van
in 86 i was going to get the rear section of a van , cut it up and put it back together in my bedroom as a bed
either with feet or hanging from the roof
even worked out to remove wheel arches so a mattress will slide straight in and fit wheels and tyres ith the inside top section removed so it looked right
found a shell an had it all arranged but my mum was freaking out about me doing it

i was given a windowless van to cut up and make a cabinate for the my model cars. some bloke seen the van rolling shell and offered 500 for it. not sure why he wanted it. only non rusty part was the back 10 inches. my mate has a 57 chev sofa. he bought a big block 57. got it blasted, then found under the bog and chicken wire and bits of fence. there wasnt enought steel to make a car. the front is a fist tank and rear is a sofa and middle is about 15 japs cars.

you should so make that bed tinter! would be awesome, the best night sleeps ive ever had have been in my panelvan, so one as an actual bed would be the bomb!
do you have photos of your fish tank freemason? that sounds awesome!
ive always wanted a coffee table like that! even kept an old block to make one from. my other half wants a coffee table like that but his engine of choice is an rb25 block! so we argue about which engine block haha! i said we will just have 2 coffee tables. v8 one looks WAY better!

haha too right rob! too right! though i did like my skyline. but that was the only import i liked, hated the rest haha only liked mine still, it had nothing on my pano, the general feel and sound of a v8 is just so much better. i think someone could give me a ferrari and i would still love my pano more haha
ohh ill be starting on that checkmate painting soon too got a few on the go at the min! (trying to sell some to raise some cash for a dream which is horse related haha)

Re: Car art / furniture etc
ahah yep he is a foal at the min. wont be coming home until he is weaned in 6 or so months. but ill be havign to say goodbye to one of my horses before next winter he is 24 and joints are too painful in the cold months so will set him free before he suffers through the cold months again had him since he was 8. my other one being a tb who raced will always have quirks and some mental issues and he will have joint probs from being a racehorse. so the foal will be my lifelong friend from baby till old man and no race quirks to get through
Re: Car art / furniture etc
just got this given to me, already has a frame and legs on it. unsure because of the shape if I should make it a couch or just put a boot lid on it that I have and make it a storage box out the back for all of Rubis toys

Sweet As Brad!
I had the perfect set of Taillights for it too. I'll see if the Guy still wants them.
