THE GOOD OIL.
I was recently told off for using crap American synthetic oil in the wagon, but fortunately that bloke recommended a better lube
for the old girl, and now I can recommend it to you. Bullet proof, high zinc, at a reasonable price, and it smells nice!

Sounds like I should buy some and use it for aftershave!
Bullet proof for those interstate runs..........
High zinc to prevent the sunburn.......
Cheap to protect the wallet...........
And purty smelling to attract the fair ladies......

Yeah I tried an American Oil "BRAD PENN" which is a green colour and I gotta say I wasnt that impressed. I have heard good things about Lucas Oils and Nulon Oils. I use Castoral Manatec and have a had a good run over the last 10 years in many different cars. New and Old.

My Son in law is building a 500hp+ turbo-charged, front wheel drive, modified automatic, M21 Proton. . . . . . . . so there!
I had to ask "Why Grasshopper".
Then he showed me this. . . . . . erm he said something about 32 pounds of boost - and yes, it is a Chrysler Voyager!

Re: THE GOOD OIL.
i just use penrite. have done for years with a PRO-MA oil additive. a guy i know has a 186 in an EK. got the motor from a wrecker for $100 20 years ago. it was about 30 000kms old. used Pro-MA from the start when fitted in the EK. a few months ago. The 186 dies, it broke the bakerlite timing gear. the motor had done about 250 000 in his EK. the 186 had a 1 thou taper and didnt need honing. the bearings still looked okay.
