Convoy to the Nats

This time next week the convoy will roll in to the showgrounds at Caboolture to set up camp for the weekend of the 2013 Van Nationals. cheers

Sam, Brad and myself will be leaving Melbourne on Monday morning heading for our first stop over at Rustys' place in Albury.

On our second day we hope to catch up with Jon at Bathurst on our way to our second stopover at Rod and Jennies in Parkes.

We leave Parkes on Wednesday morning with a couple more vans in tow and head to our third stopover at Goondiwindi where we will find a caravan park to camp at before making the final leg of our trip to Caboolture on the Thursday.

Any one along this route that would like to meet up with us and join the convoy are more than welcome. Please let us know here if you are interested and I will get your contact details and we will work something out.

Half the adventure is getting there!

I don't have a video Neil, or a DVR or anything to record with! Hopefully someone on here will do that for us! Laughing

I do have digital TV in the van, but I think we will have left the Nats for our friends house by then, I might catch it there but I couldn't be sure...

Thanks for the reminder though, with all the excitement of the Nats I'm sure I would have forgot!

Shame you dont have one of those go pro,s would make an awsome vid for all us saps that have to stay at work.Im sure you will have a great time .dont forget lots and lots of pics . Very Happy

Took the van for a quick run today
Hope it not a sign of things to come.
1st up the clutch thrust race starts screaming its head off
Then the blinker/ wiper stalk brakes.
2 bad things just gotta wait for the third now....... swear
