Interesting question Rusty, can think of a heap that had chrome front ends, but I guess your talking nose cone and I know a heap of vans that had chrome nose cones, just cant think of a silver one at the moment.

If I remember correctly it's name was Ghost Written up the Sides.

Shamrock was the van I was thinking of, although I honestly couldn't have told you who owned itor did the murals. A+++ angliadon, extra marks for adding the extra info!

For a really different van Time Lapse was a HD with a narrowed HJ Statesman front and Brougham taillights and painted LE Monaro maroon.John did all the modifications and paint himself,not bad for a backyarder who couldn`t get an apprenticeship as a panelbeater.

The only photo I have is a black and white shot in a CV&T from Gosford Van Show in the late 70`s.John built the van about 1975 so it was before Broken Hearted and all the Monza fronts.

I do have a vague recollection of the Pic in CV&T.

Do you happen to remember which Edition?

I can't remember if CV&T had the date on the cover.

I'll have to suss it out.

I can remember seeing a black and white pic of the van angliadon. There was a heap of talented people in the day, all with original ideas and not shy to have a go. I'm still trying to get hold of the "Headache" HR van.

Ok here's an easy one for you guys.
