How can i get paint

Off the windscreen rubbers, as the last owner in their wisdom.Decided that painting them black. was a good idea.So what is the best way to remove it

Mask off with tape around the rubber, glass and paint, then use general purpose thinners on a rag to clean the paint off. the tape is there to avoid getting paint all over the place.

Sorry mate,i should have said the rubbers are sitting in my lounge-room.

oh, ok.

Mask of around the lounge room to avoid getting paint on anything, open a window and blow smell out through window with fan. Clean up well afterwards and avoid doing it when missus is home.

put whiskas on the rubbers b4 you go to work, the cat will lick the paint off while you are gone

I got told brake fluid cleans paint of rubbers and softens them up too! Or so SMQQTH told me.

metho it will get it off without eating the rubbeer/plastic.
