what a shit of a day

today being the 7th of jan is my youngest sons birthday thats great but it was also the day i had to put my best friend of the last 8 yrs to sleep sorry for any spelling mistake as its hard to type when you have tears in your eyes and trying to be cool on the phone saying happy birthday son I have not told him yet as I didn't want to spoil his birthday he lives 400 kms away from but loved the dog as well my daughter sent me a text saying its Shauns birthday and he was upset I hadn't rang him yet it took all I had to be strong on the phone to him and not tell him I will telll tomorrow
some of you may say thats the dog thats allways in wello pics thats because were ever I was he was and I don't really care to day what people think but f$ck my heart is broken

its so heartbreaking to lose a loved one :'( got tears in my eyes for u we lost the family cat who was nearly 20 a couple months back and it was heartbreaking too part of us leaves with them for a while

we laid him to rest in his fav spot right next to the shed were ever i was he was one step behind if not walking between my legs nearly tripping me over he will be missed but never forgot tomorrow will be the hardest day back to work and when I get home there will be no waiting at the door for me little buggar could tell the time from 4.30 on he would be at the waiting and fridays he would start at 1.30 as I finsh early on fridays it will take a while but we may get another one

well while still coming to terms with the lost of my little mate (no one waiting at the door on one waiting to jump in the ute to go to the shops ) I get home today and my wife had done a bit of doggy rescue when we had to do the worse thing I could think off she also said to the vet if you here of a sharpei that needs a home call us we were both not ready for another one yet we lost 2 with in 4 mths any ways she got a call from the vet a person had called him looking for a home for there dog the vet knew what we were like like I was ther nearly as much as him when my buddy was there and he told the owner if any people will love and spoil the dog it would be us the wife never rang me to tell me I got home and found him at the door he is still getting use to our place I miss my little to heck but its good to have a dog around again he has some big shoes to fill but he will get more love than he ever tought he would here is a few pics of him
