Reunited with a loved one! (A van of course!)
Hey guys we have at least 3 Majestic Vanners that have taken the time and effort to track down and been lucky enough to buy back their old vans.
They are:
Rob(me) WB Holden found 15 years after I sold it, in New Zealand.
Bruce (Barbados Green) HQ van, found 27 years after he sold it, near where he traded it in.
Mark (Hx Bunny) HX van found 23? (correct me Mark) years after he sold it in my backyard.
I think out of the 3 of us Bruce has scored the better deal, $3000 for a lost love in such great condition is cheap, mine cost more than that to get back from NZ! And his is nearly as he left her.
Mines had a respray and re trim so it needs work, and well Mark's................let's just say if I didn't grab it when I did, it probably would be in the van heaven in the sky.
Has anyone else found their lost love(old van) or is there anyone else seriously looking for theirs?

Yep that's about right Rob, it was about '87 when i sold it and thought it had died since then. It is a good felling to find them again just wish it was as good a condition as yours Bruce, although probably wouldn't be able to afford it if it was.
Cheers Mark
