Australian Van Wheels Magazine

I was going through some of my boxes of car magazines in the shed this arvo and found my copy of Australian Van Wheels magazine Issue Number 4.

It brings back alot of awesome memories.
I don't have a scanner so I took some pics to share with you all...

There was a lot of cool stuff in the old Van Wheels mags.

I've got that edition... yeah mate, was some cool stuff back then..... jeez i remember the VAN SHOPS that used to be around as well ...even the speed shops like "GOODIES" that was in Sydney road Coburg Melb. going by your age there you wouldn't been born then when that copy came out.....must dig out the old van mags myself bring back some mems

i lived at super plus bennet st dandenong and carac in lonsdale st, can't pick the name of the guy at carac but he was big in hotrods and had the hq ute in mad max i think, ??con manzaris????? old timers has set in hahaha

John Ziegler owned the ute in Mad Max, not sure if thats how you spell his last name.

Mate im 55 this year....... the old grey matter is jellyfying like the crap at the bottom of ya fuel tank!!!!!!!

A mate of mine that was from Melbourne way back in the day was telling me about Caracs and he said a guy called Con owned it.

got my xu1 cam and john cain manifold from carac for my first van, side pipes and side and rocker covers from super plus, regraphed dissy was from my dad, RIP, got me 1.5 sec and 600 more rpm
