Willowbank Winter nationals

Guys,the winter nationals is on at willowbank on the queens birthday long weekend,we will be racing at this event and heading up on the wednesday so if any of the QLD members wan't to catch up and say G'day just let me know.

the winternationals have been called off due to rain last night and this morning the sun is out. now looks like it is postponed to 15,16 and 17 of july, i feel for the people who have travelled from all over australia and overseas.thanx wizard

The last Winternats I attended was also canned in 2000 or so. I was lucky as I lived on the Gold Coast. I was camping at the caravan park up the road and it was Freezing! Got down to -2 overnight.
I wish I could get back down there.

beautifull here this morning the sun is out looked out in the carpark of the motel and there is at least 3 cars with wa plates they are packing up to head home. i remember 1 year it poured rain on the saturday morning at 8.30am then 2 hrs later they were racing and one other year there was no racing on the saturday due to rain and they started early finished late the on monday i suppose that is the joy of outdoor sports thanx wizard
