anyone got any rear spoilers

hey everyone

does anyone know where i would be able to obtain a rear bobtail for my hx? i live in melb n just love the look of em.

it can be a lil rough, i dont care

im not at all experienced with fiberglassing so wouldnt hava clue what to do with a mould.

future plans to put rear brake light in somehow... maybs

Nearly worth buying one and getting Rusty to mould it.

I just checked it out.

Ben's actually done quite a good job with those.

I note that it has been made from 2 pieces, with the 2nd piece being an inner Stiffener.

It appears that it may have the potential to be fastened to the Roof from the inside in essence being a concealed Fastening system, so that you don't necessarily have to mould it.

It would a nicer finish if it was moulded though.

You'd have to find someone who's bought and fitted one to find out how well it was made.


All you need to make a Mould from is a good Van Roof (i.e. straight) some Craftwood, some Filler for Shaping and a nice smooth Paint Finish.

Wax it up and make a Mould. Easy Peasy as my Mate Stuie would say! Just time consuming.
