Southern Highlands Motorfest
G'day, saw a banner for Southern Highlands Motorfest at Chevalier College at Bowral NSW today, it's on this Sunday 30th October, last year there was the Sydney Torana Club as well as a heap of other South coast and local clubs and cars, including a few big Kenny's but no vans. I will take some pics if anything's interesting and if anyones nearby and interested in going it would be good to have a chat.
Cheers Mark

That's just plain cool as, and so much sweeter than an over restored one in my opinion.
Glad you played the card game, we've all got a heap of carding to catch Freestyler!!!
I got sent a pic of the white Sandman this morning.
Cheers Rob

That van won best unrestored for the day too. It was amazing to hear comments from people about the vans today, everyone has a story about them but so few are living it now, Torana's and GT's and Chev's are being restored, hopefully vans will be restored as well

HZ Sandmans running WB mirrors too. I like seeing things restored, but sometimes people get a bit excited and "over restore" things.

Probably not the place to admit this..............................but I'll come out of the closet, if I had the choice between a restored Sandman or a 56 Chev Delray..........It'd be the Delray every time!

They're horrible mate, they dont even look good with a garden hose wrapped around them. I couldn't remember the other horrible wheels you liked ages ago.
