Rare or Custom?

well if it wasCommodore i could tell you what it was off and how many were made but, although im pretty verse with them, im nowhere near as knowledgable with HQ-WB

I've check around and cant seem to find these on anything else

I assume that from the size of the rubber they're WBish but are they a rare late factory item or something tha someone has made up

Steve (who i bouht my van off) seems to think they are a facoty item but doesn't wnt to pull the rubber off to check for a part number incase they get damaged
I think they might be a factory job as well since te bolt holes are elongated and smooth. If anyone was to make them they would only drill single holes and they wouldnt be that neat
Anyone seen these before?

Didnt seem to come up with a definite answer though, must be factory though as somebody else found some.
