They look like 80 Channel UHF Radios, so should be good to communicate with CB's as well.

There were three sets left at Narre Warren Repco today when we bought ours, Cranbourne had sold out.

As Rusty said, they communicate with all CB's. Very Happy

my first draft i figger it will probly be a 6 hour drive so ill alow 7-8 hours stoping for fule lunch nanna nap Sleep

so ill leave around 7 am friday meaning ill arive around 3pm

ill be taking the M4 to the M7 then down to the hume

i figger ill be stoping at goulburn food fule then continue down to gundagai meat up with Bowtie383 and on we go

Yes YES Yes....... Just found this thread after PMing you Karl.......

That route looks pretty good for me, can meet ya on the Western Ring road area, maybe the first rest stop I reckon it's a Macca's or a KFC with a servo on it.
Not sure which one as opposite sides of road as i'm not a local.....
Maybe another city spot too catch-up with fellow vanners as i mentioned in my PM.

Dean as I stated in a previous post that I will be heading down on the thursday and staying with Rob and his family at Tumut,but as I said we can all meet up at Gundagai as Rob said the best spot would be the service centre there that also has a McDonalds.
I know that QSET want's to meet up and cruise down with others coming down and Lance from Wollongong also wan'ts to do the same,if you wan't to PM these guys and get their numbers then you can all work out what will be the best for all of you.
Before I forget I remember Jason (coasty)from Woy Woy wanted to cruise with others as well so it would be good to contact him as well,I would do the PMs but they are not reaching members and have it arranged as I did bring up the idea so this is the only way to try and organise it Smile
