quick way to remove an engine

Can anybody lend me their van so I can practise this technique?

if that was a ford the motor would still be running

the vid remids me of an old ford laser me and mate bought of a scrap bloke aksed him if it ran he says yes but the front end is a bit lose we didnt think any thing of it we were going to bash it
we unloaded off with the hiab in a mates padock first thing we did was hold it flat in nutrel till it was bouncing and slamed it first and BANG the motor and box had tryed to roll out of the enging bay and in the process it had crushed the radiator and knocked the bumper off !!!! and bent the front support and the bonet
what he ment by the front end is a bit lose was that there was no engine mounts
