Another Stato

Went and got the Stato from where it has been stored for about 2 years, only needed a litre of trans fluid and that was it. Was in a machinery shed on a farm not far from here and the bloody rats made nests everywhere, it stinks, also one rat nest was over where the chassis number is and now it has rusted off. There was one nest over the whole back half of the engine and the little bastards started to chew out the wiring loom. Oh well, just more to do, aim is to get it registered soon and cruise old style with the family until the van's done.

That's another nest behind the water bottle, you can see where the little f$%#^s have chewed through the water bottle to get at the water


Needs a bit of a tidy up






Yep that's all rat poo and nest stuff, when i cleaned it off the paint is gone from the rat funk

Thanks Andrew and Rob, hopefully won't take too much to rego it. I'm pretty happy with it but i don't think it's as cool as any of the other stato's i've seen on here, the standard is pretty high, and lucky the pics weren't more front on Rob, otherwise you would have seen the headlight surrounds.
