The Event is Open to all Vans, Utes & Wagons.  Sedans welcome.

Friday 3rd October Early Arrivals.  Saturday 4th October Cruise and Lunch Day.
Saturday Evening Light & Sound Spectacular and Panel Van Display.

Sunday 5th October Show & Shine at Hovell Tree Park.

Sunday Evening get together BBQ, share Photos, Videos and Stories etc.
Monday 6th October (Labour Day NSW) Departures.

It's all about meeting like-minded People and having Fun!

I'm looking for Volunteers to help organise things on the weekend and with the lead up.  Please contact me if you are willing to assist.

All ready hanging for this to come around Russ,I have already soughted it with Rob staying at his on the thursday night and heading to albury the next morning cruising down with Rob and who ever want's to join us,Like last year if you need someopne on the gate I am there unless you want me to do something else just let me know.

Numbers for this event are looking very promising going by the people who have said that they are coming on the facebook event page. 

To date we have over 100 people who have clicked the attending button, another 43 maybes and this is with only around 30 MV members confirming they are coming.

This year will see vans & members from clubs that have not attended in previous years, including Sundowners, Diamond Valley Vanners, Wastelands Van Club, members of the Van Council of Victoria and numerous Panel Van enthusiasts that are not aligned with any van clubs.

It is looking that this will indeed be our biggest year yet!

For People wishing to arrive at the Van-In earlier than Friday the following Camping Fees will apply:

Thursday night will cost $40 per Camp Site.

No access to the Hall.

If we get 10 Sites we can get it down to $30 per Site. 20 Sites, $20 per Site.

Please let me know so I can book it in and arrange a Key for the Gate and the Toilets.

Same deal applies to any other night outside of Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

it's shaping up to be another awesome weekend, I cant wait even though the old WB hasn't had any loving since last year.

Got my entry in last night, got it all correct I think........wasn't sure if it's a '81 WB Sandman or millennium Sundowner.

Bring it on guys it's going to be another weekend of fun and laughs.(and vans too I guess!)
