Bad seller from Ebay

As most of you know, i just bought a weber carb of e/bay.I left him a neg feedback,as it was full of water. This is the message he sent my today
didt say it was any good c0ck!!!!

What a scumbag - perhaps exposing the guy on Facebook would have some effect.

I hate dicks like that. I'm currently trying to get some response from a seller who I'm trying to buy some Commodore seats from.

Phone messages, emails, just being ignored. eBay (as a general rule) of full of rogues.

If they don't describe it correctly or not enough info, you need to ask questions.

Having said that I think the guy should be reported to ebay for being offensive, unless the calling you a rooster in which case you need to contact the rspca, or a good psychologist for an identity crisis

You need to put in a complaint to ebay as item not as descibed and follow up with a claim for a refund. keep all emails and messages from the seller to use in a case against the seller.

I had a feeling he'd say something like that, cause in the ad it just said "it'd bolt straight on" and he never mentioned that it was in running order before he removed it or anything. He didn't lie, he just failed to tell the whole story, omitting the bad points to his advantage. Makes you cranky though.
