Agree Tony, from what I have been reading about the way that the van-in judging process, it seems to be the best way. I couldnt have made a decision though, there were just too many nice vans there! Embarassed

Can I just add separate to any judging results or opinion, I had a fantastic time! Apart from us being drawn into a totally ridiculous and unnecessary incident late on Sunday afternoon (which had its funny parts), I for one had a great weekend and got to hang out with Brian and Rob for the majority of it; cruising around, breaking down, Rusty being my knight in VW armour, having plenty of laughs and cementing some new memories including Brian taking Disturbia for a spin and coming back with a mile-wide grin and Rob too scared to admit that he enjoyed driving Mr Juicy in case it broke down. Not only that, we had the best Thai food I think I've ever tasted, I met a heap of Southern MVers for the first time in person who were like catching up with old friends. But by far the highlight for me was the MV group shot and also the pseudo '79 version we did which just cements to me what its all about.

Yes Tone, I hear you mate, i think that was fear at the Van-In last year.

Congrats to the winner's at the Vannat's,
but anyone can trailer A car & get a prize for it,
What about the poor bugger's that drive them there ( not saying mind is up for one)
Fear suck of the sav I say......

That's probably not a bad deal if you own an Escort Van, like the trim on offer and don't mind people saying that's out of that Escort Van that won the Nats etc.
