As many of you will already know, the 2012 Van Nats will be hosted by the Panther Van Club in Pinjarra, Western Australia.

Paul has sent the Entry Form and Flyer which I will attempt to convert to a format I can post up here over the next couple of days.

Van nats is always Easter weekend Greg, if you want something closer there will be a MV event in Albury Easter weekend that's a bit closer to your place.

I'm not sure sure if you're refering to Pinjarra WA or Albury NSW.

Either way, I say bring it along.

back in the 80s every show had a few cars that were part way through the build but you dont see it much any more

Progress towards the 2012 Australian van nationals well on the way.
At this stage we would like to give you a brief idea of the program for the weekend.
Thursday; Arrive and set up.
Friday: Kidz Biz morning and afternoon session. Rocker cover racing.
Saturday: Show n Shine at Sir Ross McLarty Oval. Theme night (western)
Sunday: Cruise. Presentation Night
Monday: Pack up and goodbyes.

This year the Show n Shine is on the Saturday, this is to bring it in line with MAX (Murray Auto Extravaganza) which for an extra fee you can also be a judged participant of.

1. What is the best time to stop driving each day = When we travel back we stop mid to late afternoon as you will be heading straight into the sun and this is the times when the roos are out.

No one will laugh mate , looks amaizing, what 4wd did you rob? Cant wait to see it finished. Besides if they do laugh you can drive over there ride lol

For all those still to pre enter for the Van Nationals.

The cut off date for the meal option for entrants is 14th March as we need to confirm numbers with the caterers, all other entries will still be accepted after this date.

I spoke to Paul today.

They currently have 60 Pre-Entries and I imagine that they'll pick up quite a few on the day.

I'd like to take this opportunity to wish The Panthers Van Club every Success with the Van Nats. I hope it's everything they wish for.

I know it's been a lot of hard work and I hope it all pays off.

I'd also like to wish everyone travelling to the Van Nats a Safe and Trouble Free Journey, and that a Good Time is had by All.
