I reckon it was originally built by Stephen Haine (Buccaneer's builder), good quality van not over done. Do you guys think it's worth it?

Try and build it for that, there is NO way you could build a van of that quality for 17K

I think that's a pretty good price. The van is nice and tidy, with a great paint job. I like the interior - I'm converting my interior to black, but the different seats, door trims and custom console are a good look IMHO.
