Australia Day
What's everyone got planned for today ?
We're going to have a houseful of rello's so should be a good day.
I know not everyone agrees with what today stands for but for me personally if history hadn't played out as it had, we all wouldn't be here enjoying the freedom we have.
Have a great day Everyone.
Cheers Mark.

Re: Australia Day
I took a couple of my kids to watch Drifting @ Eastern Creek.
We were there from 8.45am till 5pm
Not my cup of tea, but young fella liked it. Eldest daughter no so keen.
Then came home to watch fireworks.

Re: Australia Day
Good weekend with a trip to Carcoar Village Fair with the usual markets, street stalls, local car clubs, jumping castle and stage coach rides. The Monaro and FJ made it out for the day and I remembered how sweet the Monaro is to drive.
Dno then had a turn driving as we went over to Burrendong Dam to catch up with Rod and Jen at their site. The 5 and half inches that night was amazing and made us move and move and move again as the wind and storm got harder and drove us further under the awning. A 'tour' of the dam in Rod and Jen's lovely old boat with a Chev 327 topped off the weekend. The dulcet tones were so good that it lulled Tess off to sleep.
Top few days.

Sitting in a local park with all the local car clubs!
Australia day doesn't get much better than that then home and worked on getting the van running.
