2014 Van Nats Convoy from Albury.

We will be organising a Convoy from Albury as well.

Let me know if you would like to join in along the way and I can give you the details when we get a little closer.

Its 5.5 to 6 hours from here.  About the same as Melbourne is from Mildura I believe.

Yep, I'll be heading over from Albury. Not sure if it'll be on the Thursday or Friday yet, but I'll keep you in the loop.

I'm planning on leaving Thursday as Saturday is the Show Day.

I like time to organise things properly.

Adrian and I will be leaving for the van nats early friday morning I think we will be travelling with Darren and Lee Burns still have to catch up with them to discuss a departure time

At this stage NO GAS but an Electric Camp Kitchen including BBQ on site.  Bring own utensils etc.

Several Toilet Blocks.  Showers Main Building.  NO FIRES.

Food Van on site plus Ice-cream Van and Coffee Van from Thursday arvo.

Trophy allocation done.

7 Trophies in all with four of them First Place.

Meeting with Darren and Lee at Maccas on Melrose Drive Wodonga 6 am Friday morning for anyone that wants to join the convoy   

One of my kids has a sleepover tomorrow night (not good planning but it is school holidays), so I expect to leave Albury about 10am ish...?
Going via Hay, so if I see any vans on the side of the road with the bonnet up, I'll be sure to stop !!

Hi Ya Russ,
I’m being a softie and am staying at the Kar-Rama Motor Inn on Deakin, strategically located close to the aquatic centre.
For those that haven’t been to Mildura before, the aquatic centre “ Mildura Waves” is a fantastic set up. The library and tourist information centre are all in the same complex. My kids will probably be there the whole weekend. Plus I don't have a van to enter. Weak excuse, but that’s quirky me.

On a brighter note, the XB is now just a rolling (rusty) shell, which I hope to have at Zane’s Panels by Anzac day. Then panel beating being worth what it is, I just need a second mortgage on my house to pay for the work and get it back…….
