Hi all, nice to find a welcoming forum involving the iconic PanelVan. I originally got into vans in the late 70's, my first car was a windowless '63XL falcon van i bought for $100.00!! (I saw recently 1 selling for mid $20K!)Then got into a windowless '74XB Van. I am a Panel Beater, with 35 years in the trade, restoration being my specialty.
My Avatar?? I also play rythym guitar in my band, ..'77 Sandman.
We cover 60's,70's & 80's OZ rock, based in Melbourne. (Available for club functions!!!)
I've got the yearning for an XB/C van again, so here i am.....any available??

im 36 married and 2 good kids.

Dano here from the wild wild west , we just had the van nats as you know,(I'm sure) it was a great success and a great thanks to all that made the journey! I've been around vans and van clubs since the late 80's, and a serious Bedford freak...... got three at the mo, 350 LWB(white van at the nats), Bombed SWB327 and an overlander SWB project......just love vans and the people/events involved around them, we are a different breed......great site and can't wait to get me teeth stuck in to it, cheers ... Hi all! My names Daniel. Long time Holden panelvan lover. Back in the day dad had many vans ranging from HJ-WB I guess it rubbed off on me. My first car was a HR van that I bought when I was 17. Got my licence in it and still got it. I also have a HQ panelvan tha was at albury on the w end. J

Hey Guys,
my names Gary, I don't own a PV myself but my dad owns a Yellow 72 HQ PV, and I'm currently in the process of getting my own PV for a first car

Over easter we entered in the Van In at albury and met heaps of great people from Majestic Vanners, abit about myself, I'm currently competing in Vic & NSW State Formula ford and have had a keen intrest in Panel Vans from a very very young age.

It was great to meet you and your family on the weekend. It was an awesome event. I loved your dads van, very very nice. It has convinced me to hunt down a dickie seat for my van! Had a good sounding stereo in it as well!

It's great that you are going to get yourself a van, another one for the majestic fleet! Good to a see a whole New generation getting into vanning, I look forward to seeing it in the future.

Formula ford hey? Have we got the next Mark Webber in the making? Very Happy

We have got a couple of drag vans in Majestics, we call it our Majestic Motorsport Division! Now we can claim a formula ford driver! rockon

There's a HQ van out on a property in the middle of nowhere near here, had a look at it for parts but it is FULL of rust, i think if you tried to move it it would just crumble unfortunately, wish people didn't do this to old cars.
