got rego on vandil

found chassis no. on drivers side on rail above steering box.[thanks for info guys ] had to razor blade some paint off but all good... we ve got a special interest rego in tassie its only $250 for the year the vehicle has to be at least 30 yrs old and in top cond.. you have to run a log book and get 52 days a year use... it also cuts your insurance in half with shannons etc a great thing for toys...is anyone else running a fuel injected motor in a wb chassis the rear of my bonnet has to stay raised to allow the front to shut im wondering if you can get lower engine mounts or some other solution.... also wondering what magazines/issues was vandil in i would like to grab a back issue to stick in the shed ...cheers

Mate I ran VS Commodore injection on my old HZ Premier wagon and the bonnet shut normal on it. You better add up some photos of the old girl now she's all legal!

Tastig I'd say old ma you bought it off adjusted the bonnet. Here's a photo I took before we took Vandil in the Supercruise at the Summernats, it sits normal here. Hope this helps, you might just need to re-adjust the hinges.

previous owner needs to have fingers smacked with the big NO NO stick. If ya can't put it back together properly, don't pull it apart.
