My Rides Past and Present

Hey Guys,
Figured I better go into abit of depth about me and my silly hobby
I've been racing since 2006 until present, working my way through the ranks of karting in 100cc and 125cc
classes, The very small photo is my first ever kart and to this day still my favorite and the Red Schmackos Entry is my First year in seniors and last year in karting!!



This year (2012) I started racing big boy stuff in Formula Ford, so far in I've competed in the race car 3 times and in all three races have got a top 5 place for the weekend! Its a massive step up from karting and every bit more rewarding.


Im 18 now too which means P's!! Now she's not a Panel Van, but she's a good old girl, I have a Commodore as a first car, not the plan entirely but I'm still on hunt for the Van and aspire to do my own take on the great Vanning culture...



(I'd just like to ask everyone to keep an eye out for a HQ PV if possible id like to create a PV to the same standard as Dad some day and i have abit of a soft spot for the shark like appeal of the HQ)

You seem to be doing great in the Formula Ford mate, we might end up with a Majestic Vanner racing in the V8's one day.

I'll keep my eye out for a HQ van for you dude, there's a windowless HQ van in town here but she's pretty rusty and the bloke that's got it is a bit loony and wont part with it, funnily enough his nephew also has a windowless HX van and neither of them will ever do anything with them.

hopefully after formula fords you get into the v8 supercars oh how jealous i will be pretty cool bro always keeping an eye out for vans specially quees theirs a few mint ones floating round up my way just trying to stop them is another thing

Funny you say that Burnzy, I tryed to Get 05 but they wouldn't allow it, brockys one of the reasons i got into racing!!! There's just something about crazy people and holding onto cars with potential haha

Very talented driver Burnzy you've got a big future I'd say dude!!! Just need to slip a MV sticker on that helmet...........

ah im trying tads trying to con me into buying a hr wags as a daily and sticking pano in the garage and tidying her up right

Good write up mate, sounds like you have a bit of talent there, quite possibly see an mv sticker on the back of a v8 supercar one day.

Hey Burnzy got a lead on a one owner HQ van for you, 6 cylinder, 3 on the tree all original, unreg and around 4k.

At least they are asking a realistic price for it mate and it is windowless,you could PM Jonny James as he is in Bathurst,I don't know of any other member around that erea you could also look on the MV map to see who maybe close by.

Ive been doing some research on what little information about the location and it ranges about an hour and a half to two hour drive around Bathurst
Ill give the guy a buzz today.

Gaz,after checking the MV map we do have a couple of forum members that live in Orange and that is Fewy or HGPV- Boppo but I have not seen them on the forum for a while maybe a member may have their phone numbers.
