Yes Please, We Need Your Help. The weekend will only be a success if Everyone puts in to make it so.

The other thing we can use help with is Promoting the Event and Trophy Sponsorship.

I'll set something up in the Member's Section with how the Trophy Sponsorship is outlined so that anyone who might know of someone interested can be well prepared with a presentation.

Russ I can see what I can do about getting a couple of sponsors up this way,there is an exhaust place I go through wh has sponsored a lot of events and a paint supplier I go through as well.

Ok guys before we know it the Van In will be here,what I want to do is organise who is heading down to Albury on the friday and would people coming fro Sydney the central coast and surrounding ereas like to meet up and also meet up with other vanners along the way.Neil contacted me and ask if we could cruise down with him as a support for him and Cherone,it would be great to all
cruise down with each other I know a few of you did last year so if you have any suggestions or ideas fire away.

Do you know how many are going from down this way Karl or if there are any that want meet up and convoy up together?

I think we will be meeting Friday morning at the BP at Wallan and setting off up the Hume to Albury. Andrew and Kerri, Myself, Trish and the kids, Sam, Brad and Brenda and Al I think will be meeting there, exact time to be determined. Anyone else who is interested in joining the early convoy up to the Van-In is more than welcome to join us. We want to get up there as soon as we can to help with setting up and the like.
