HG van lower rear quarter rust repair panels

There seems to be a few suppliers of these panels on ebay.
Have you used them?
Where did you buy them?
Were they a good fit as received, or did you need to modify them?
Was the underside lip rolled up at the rear end? (Rare Spares appear not to do this)
