Re: Introduce yourself Here!
Welcome aboard George
That was one very nice Wagon!
Who said I'm biased? LOL!
Sounds a familiar story though. I know exactly where you are coming from. I've still got Kids at home. Do they ever leave?
I got to keep my Wagon, but had to sell the One Tonner and the FireBird.
Hope that you get to live your dream again soon.
Regards

Welcome aboard Invincible.
It's a Great Small Van you have there.
Just Love the Custom work on it.
I'll post some pics of it that I have borrowed from when previous Owners had it in the Van Register shortly for your reference in the Rebuild.
Good Luck!

G'day. My name is troy and the Max van owns my wallet
I live in Hampton park near dandenong, vic. My work is mainly custom sheet metal fabrication and automotive restoration. I mostly work on mustangs, racing porsche's and anything from late 1920 and up.
Van's are my way of stress release and i enjoy them more than some of the other cars i work on. If i can help out in any way here, you know i will.
Cheers

Welcome aboard Troy!
Looking forward to seeing Pics of your 80's Van Project as it progresses.
Let me know if I can be of any assistance. I only own a Wagon (what's that I hear "A Wannabe!"?), but I've been around and involved with Van mods since I was in high School.

Re: Introduce yourself Here!
Thanks mate. Will post some pics once i have some of the 80's project.
Wagons are cool. I have a photo on my wall of my mum when she was about 20 or so beside her custom HQ wagon. I sold my HT wagon with chev, 9 inch and 2 speed glide a few years ago so i have a soft spot for them.
Looks like a good crowd here so i like to log in on a regular basis and contribute when i can.

You're welcome Troy.
I look forward to those Pics.
They certainly are a good bunch of people on here from all over Oz and a few New Zaelanders, which is great to see. Always willing to help where they can.
The sharing of knowledge makes us all so much wiser! Not to mention it often helps to make things so much easier.
It'd be great if you can post up some Pics of your Mum's and your Wagon when you get the chance.
Keep on Vannin'!

hi everybody, my names jesse i live in the upper hunter. my van was a windowless hq with a 308 and m21. plain old white with black interior, was my first car, bought it off my old maths teacher at high school for $100, pulled it out of his paddock and $1000 later had myself some kickarse wheels. anyways, that was until my girl wrote it off, so im currently vanless dont hold that against me though, cant get enough of em.
